The Flamingo Collective is a cooperative that builds a wide and deep community of intersectional eco-feminists from all walks of life in Europe. We believe that courage begins in community — in spaces where we gather with open hearts and curious minds to connect, reflect, and rediscover new ways of being and leading. Rooted in feminist leadership and ecological awareness, we nurture a bold vision for Europe that addresses the root causes of injustice and sustains transformation from the ground up. Together, we’re re-imagining what justice, joy, and solidarity can look like in practice.

Annual Retreats

Our annual retreats offer a deeper space for activists, NGOs, and movements to rest, reconnect, and reimagine together through joy, strategy, and collective care.

Organisational Support & Coaching

Through consultancy and coaching, we support progressive organisations in Europe to build transformative, power-aware strategies and structures rooted in care, courage, and collective ownership.

Facilitation & Moderation

Our facilitation and moderation centre feminist values of care, equity, and shared power to create inclusive spaces where diverse, often marginalised voices are heard, honoured, and co-create together.

Training

Our transformative trainings equip individuals and organisations with feminist, systemic tools and practices to inspire action, build inclusive movements, and reimagine change through care, equity, and collective power.

Joanna and Ioana guided us through a complex and sensitive piece of culture work with real clarity, structure, and care, even amid significant organisational change. The outcome was a crisp, practical roadmap that translated abstract concepts into concrete actions our teams can actually use.
