Flamingo Collective

The Flamingo Collective is a collaborative pan-European initiative focused on transforming power through feminist organising in the name of systemic change. We are building a community of eco-feminists from across Europe to nurture a bold vision for Europe that addresses the root causes of injustice, challenges structures of power and sustains transformation from the ground up.

Together, we’re re-imagining what justice, joy, and solidarity can look like in practice.

What we do

We support activists, organisers, and organisations to navigate complexity, difference, and change, and to construct a more feminist future.

We work across contexts — from grassroots groups to European networks.

We design and host community spaces for reflection, learning, and connection accompanying teams and leaders through transitions, tensions, and transformation.

We facilitate dialogue across difference, conflict, and power supporting movements and organisations to embed feminist, anti-racist, and ecological practices.
