Flamingo Collective

The Flamingo Collective is a collaborative pan-European initiative focused on transforming power through feminist organising in the name of systemic change. We are building a community of eco-feminists from across Europe to nurture a bold vision for Europe that addresses the root causes of injustice, challenges structures of power and sustains transformation from the ground up.

Together, we’re re-imagining what justice, joy, and solidarity can look like in practice.

More about our work

We work across contexts — from grassroots groups to European networks. We design and host community spaces for reflection, learning, and connection accompanying teams and leaders through transitions, tensions, and transformation. We facilitate dialogue across difference, conflict, and power supporting movements and organisations to embed feminist, anti-racist, and ecological practices

Joanna and Ioana guided us through a complex and sensitive piece of culture work with real clarity, structure, and care, even amid significant organisational change. The outcome was a crisp, practical roadmap that translated abstract concepts into concrete actions our teams can actually use.
