Flamingo Collective
The Flamingo Collective is a cooperative working at the intersection of feminism, ecology, and justice. We bring together activists, organisers, and communities — especially those navigating racism, colonial legacies, economic precarity, and exclusion — to reshape how power operates in movements and organisations. We create spaces that are both supportive and challenging — where people can reflect, unlearn, and build more just ways of leading and organising together. Together, we are reimagining what justice, solidarity, and joy can look like in practice.

What we do
We support activists, organisers, and organisations to navigate complexity, difference, and change, and to construct a more feminist future.
We work across contexts — from grassroots groups to European networks. We design and host community spaces for reflection, learning, and connection accompanying teams and leaders through transitions, tensions, and transformation. We facilitate dialogue across difference, conflict, and power supporting movements and organisations to embed feminist, anti-racist, and ecological practices
