Every three months, the Flamingo Collective gathers for a Community Check-In — a spacious, gentle conversation designed to help us reconnect, share, and dream forward together. These online gatherings are an opportunity to pause amidst our busy lives, take stock of where we are personally and collectively, and nurture the ecofeminist vision that grounds our work for systems change.

Each session is an open circle where we:

• Take an emotional “temperature check” as we transition into a new season.
• Explore our wishes and fears for the months ahead — personal, collective, and political.
• Share updates from the Flamingo Collective’s projects and vision, rooted in ecofeminist approaches to justice and transformation.
• Dream forward together, cultivating clarity and collective purpose.

The rhythm of our calls is gentle and spacious, balancing head and heart through grounding practices, small group reflections, and purposeful conversation. We close each gathering with a sense of warmth and collective direction — carrying forward the threads of connection and possibility into the next season.
